Is there a fee for consulting Atlantic Way Coaching?

No, any consultation, advice or recommendation with Atlantic Way Coaching circle is free of charge.

How much does coaching cost?

Our individual coaches set their own pricing structure on an hourly or package basis, on average coaches charge minimum 60-120 euro per hour. All coaches offer initial discovery call for free for potential clients referred through Atlantic Way Coaching.

How do I choose a Coach?

Think about what you are looking for, and what is bringing you to coaching, what are the areas in your life you would like to move forward. Check out our helpful questions to ask a coach on our ‘About’ page. Contact at least three coaches and arrange a free discovery call. Choose a coach that feels the best fit for you and suits your price point.

What is the ICF?

The ICF or International Coaching Federation, is an international coaching professional accreditation body. They set the standard of competency and training hours for coach training programmes internationally. All our coaches have been trained through an ICF accredited coaching programme. They set ethical standards and a set of coaching competencies. They also assess professional training pathway from novice to mastery for coaches to develop their coaching skills.

What ACC and PCC mean on the coach profiles?

The ICF is the International Coaching Federation, professional training pathways are ACC, PCC and MCC.

  • ACC Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential

  • PCC Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential

  • MCC Master Certified Coach (MCC) Credential

A coach with ACC after their name has over 100 hours coaching experience, has worked with a mentor coach and passed an assessment. The PCC coach has over 500 hours coaching and has worked with a mentor coach and passed an assessment. The MCC Coach has over 2,500 hours coaching experience and has worked with a mentor coach and passed an assessment. These accreditations have been achieved after their initial coaching training, while they are working as professional coaches.
